I followed the recipe exactly, but my pasties didn't turn out as good as I hoped. The crust was too thick and the filling was bland.

I've been making Cornish pasties for years, and this recipe is the best I've ever tried. The filling is perfectly seasoned, and the crust is flaky and golden brown.

Made these for a party and they were a huge hit! I used a store-bought pie crust to save time, and they still turned out great.
