This recipe was a disappointment. The flavors were bland and the couscous was dry.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my couscous turned out mushy. I think I added too much liquid.

This recipe is a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The couscous is fluffy and light, while the cranberries, pecans, and mandarins add a sweet and tangy crunch. I especially enjoyed the pop of citrus from the mandarins.
