We made these cookies in school during the 1950s. They are delicious. May substitute butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, or raisins for chocolate chips.

I'm not a big fan of cowboy cookies, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I'm glad I did! These cookies are delicious. They're chewy and flavorful, and the oats and nuts add a nice texture. I'll definitely be making these again.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved them. They're definitely a kid-friendly recipe. I might try reducing the amount of sugar next time.
