Crab Cakes Recipe - (1/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 14

Add if desired:
1 lb. Crab Meat
2 slices white bread crumbled w/
crusts removed
1 egg
2 tbsp Mayo
1 tsp Seafood Seasoning (Old Bay is
best)
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Dried Parsley flakes
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped red pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, except crab meat in medium bowl. Fold in crab meat and chill for 1 hour. Form into 3 oz patties and sautee on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
