Use up the leftover cranberries, freeze the loaf for later. I often make half of this into a loaf and half into small muffins.

Easy to follow recipe and the bread turned out great. I didn't have any cranberries so I used raisins instead and it was still delicious. The bread was moist and flavorful, and the raisins added a nice sweetness. I will definitely be making this agai

Just made this bread and it turned out great! I used fresh cranberries and they really made the bread pop. The bread is moist and flavorful, and the cranberries add a nice tartness. I also added some chopped walnuts for extra crunch. Yum!
