Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 2. Grate orange rind. Squeeze juice from orange into measuring cup. Add enough brandy to make ¾ c liquid (can supplement squeezed juice with some additional orange juice so as to not use too much brandy). Add orange rind and butter 3. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl 4. Beat egg; gradually add in sugar. Alternately add orange juice mixture and dry ingredients. Add cranberries and walnuts 5. Pour into greased, floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes.
