Never was a fan of cranberries until a couple of years ago. But now I seem to like them especially around the holidays. I made this one Thanksgiving for my mother who is a fan of cranberries. Steps:
- 1. Mix the jello with hot water until dissolved.
- 2. Add all other ingredients together, mix well and allow to set. Approx. 6 hours.
- 3. You can pour into a decorative mold pan or bundt pan for presentation. Garnish with greens, fresh cranberries or sprigs of mint.
