CRAWFISH PATTY image

Yield 6 medium servings or 4 large servings

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 stick butter,
1 lb pack of crawfish tails
1/2 cup each celery, yellow onion, red and green bell pepper
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbl tony cachere seasoning
2 tbl flour
3/4 cup half and half
salt and pepper to taste
1 package fresh angel hair pasta

Steps:

  • melt butter over med heat, simmer veggies, about 5 min, add wine, cook 3-5 more minutes, add crawfish, half and half, flour, seasonings, may want to add a little more black pepper. Cook until it thickens up a bit, about 10-15 mintues. While this is cooking, cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain Serve over angel hair pasta
