Steps:
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Add butter and press into a 8 or 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Mix eggs, cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes or until set. Let cool. When cool, mix sour cream, 2 T sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and pour on top. Bake 5 minutes at 300. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
