Creamed Fruit Medley image

This is a delicious and quick dessert to whip up in a hurry and its always a crowd pleaser.

16 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 oz orange gelatin
20 oz canned crushed pineapple ; drained
11 oz canned mandarin oranges ; drained
2 c miniature marshmallows
1/2 c pecans, chopped ; optional
1/2 c shredded sweet coconut ; optional

Steps:

  • 1. Set aside 1 cup whipped cream and place the remaining in a bowl ; sprinkle with the gelatin ; stir until combined.
  • 2. Fold in pineapple ,marshmallows , oranges , pecans and coconut if desired.
  • 3. Garnish with the reserved topping.
