Steps:
- 1. Cook noodles, rinse, pour in large bowl and mix in cinnamon. 2. Melt butter/margarine 3. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of butter/margarine with graham cracker crumbs and put aside 4. Pour rest of melted butter/margarine in noodles and mix. 5. In a medium bowl, mix all other ingredients with a beater until well-blended 6. Pour mixture over noodles and mix well with a large spoon (you can add raisins at this point if you want). 7. Put noodle mixture in a 9x13 baking dish 8. Sprinkle graham cracker mix on top with some cinnamon. 9. Refrigerate dish for 30 minutes 10. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees (less if convection oven, of course). 11. Allow to cool and then slice. Can be bake beforehand, refrigerated and then sliced and served the next day. Warm up in microwave.
