Creamy Cauliflower-Pea Medley image

Another family favorite. My family prefers it chilled and sometimes we add cubed cheese.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 c water
10 oz frozen cauliflower (or fresh)
10 oz frozen green peas
1 c cucumber, peeled and diced
3 Tbsp ranch salad dressing
2 Tbsp sour cream
1/4 tsp dried dill

Steps:

  • 1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover and cook 5 minutes; drain well.
  • 2. Combine the cauliflower mixture and the remaining ingredients in a bowl, and toss well.
  • 3. Serve warm or chilled.
