4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup chicken stock
16 ounces frozen green beans
6 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup light cream
2 tablespoons vermouth
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • layer green beans
  • onion
  • chicken
  • mushrooms
  • dot with butter
  • mix stock 1/2 and 1/2 vermouth and mustard and cornstarch
  • pour over beans
  • cover bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees
  • uncover.
  • top with cheese
  • bake 10 minutes more til thick and bubbly.
