Steps:
- Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Chill. Thin with 1 - T. milk, if needed. As hors d'oeuvres: Bake vol-au-vents according to package directions. Let cool. Push in middle sections of vol-au-vents and stuff with dip. Top with sliced smoked salmon or shrimp and a sprig of fresh dillweed. Heat 10-15 minutes before serving.
