CREAMY FIESTA PASTA SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box (16 oz.) bow tie or twist pasta
1 bottle (8 oz.) Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing
1 pint grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped (about 1 cup)
1 medium avocado, peeled and cut into chunks (optional)
1/2 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion

Steps:

  • 1. Cook bow ties according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cooled. 2. In large bowl, toss all ingredients. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Also terrific with Wish-Bone® Garlic Ranch Dressing or Wish-Bone® Spring Onion Ranch Dressing.
