Creamy Lime Bars image

These creamy and sweet lime bars are a lovely choice when you want a refreshing treat. They are like a key lime pie in bar form (and will transport your taste buds to The Keys). The crust is a little salty and sweet. It's the perfect complement to the tart and sweet lime filling. Yum!

I would recommend these bars to someone who loves tart desserts. If you don't like tart desserts, then you probably won't like these bars.

The filling in these bars was a little too runny for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if it had been a little thicker.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add a little more lime zest to the filling. I love the flavor of lime, so I think it would be even better with a little more.
