Our family has this for Christmas dinner every year! It is affectionately known as "Orange Jello" and is the star of the show! I would have a revolt on my hands if I didn't make it! It's simple and quick, yet the orange juice concentrate gives it a very tangy orange punch!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my fluff turned out grainy. I think I might have overbeaten the cream cheese.

I'm allergic to oranges, so I had to substitute another citrus fruit. It still turned out well, but I think I would have preferred it with oranges.
