Creamy Radish Dip image

This Scandinavian dish is one of our favorite spring appetizers. We use homegrown onions and radishes. -Terri Chatfield, Hamilton, Ohio

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup chopped radishes
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Rye crackers

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the radishes, sour cream, onions and salt. Serve on crackers.
