Creole Green Bean Salad image

Timeless salad to enhance any meal or dinner party.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg fresh or frozen whole green beans
1 jar(s) olives, sliced
8 oz feta cheese
1 c tomatoes diced
1 c balsamic vinegarette dressing
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. If using fresh green beans, blanch and chill in ice water. Frozen green beans, thaw, rinse with warm water.
  • 2. Add diced tomatoes, mix in sliced olives.
  • 3. Mix ingredients together, add balsamic vinaigrette. Toss lightly. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with feta cheese and serve!
