I am always looking for new ways to use fresh summertime vegetables. We love asparagus and french fries, so I decided to "combine" the two methods. We love this and even the kids eat it!

Steps:
- 1. Dredge asparagus in flour
- 2. Mix the Panko, parmesan, salt and pepper together.
- 3. Dip asparagus in egg and then into the mixture of panko and parmesan, salt and pepper.
- 4. Place in a single layer on a wire rack on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven (425 degrees) until asparagus are golden brown, approximately 7-13 minutes.
