Crock Pot Beef with Mushrooms image

This dish is good over rice or noodles.

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 1/2 lb stew meat
1 can(s) mushrooms, liquid reserved
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c sliced onions
3 Tbsp butter or olive oil
1 c beef broth
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry basil
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Brown meat, mushrooms, garlic & onions in butter or olive oil.
  • 2. Combine all into crock pot.
  • 3. Cover & cook on high for 3 hours.
  • 4. Serve over rice or noodles.
