Categories     Turkey

Time 10h15m

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 - 3 lb boneless turkey roast
6-8 red potatoes
1 can(s) (10 1/2 oz) french onion soup

Steps:

  • 1. Take turkey out of wrapping and place in crock pot. I keep the netting on the turkey so it doesn't fall apart while cooking.
  • 2. Put the red potatoes around the turkey and pour the french onion soup over all.
  • 3. Cook on low setting for 10-12 hours. We either have green beans or a salad and biscuits on the side

This recipe was a disappointment. The turkey was dry and the potatoes were undercooked.
