Crockpot Seafood Cheese Dip image

One of our family'sfavorite savory cheese dips with delicate crabmeat, shrimp and lobster, crockpot style. Perfect for potlucks and holiday gatherings, this has since been requested year after year for Christmas parties. You can use whatever mix of seafood you have on hand - I've frequently done it with just the crab, or only crab and shrimp, and it is still delicious.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of seafood. But I was pleasantly surprised! The seafood flavor was mild and creamy, and the cheese dip was delicious.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add a little more spice. I like my food spicy, so I added a few dashes of cayenne pepper.
