Crockpot Spiced Rum Cider image

Years ago when the grandkids would come over to trick or treat in our neighborhood, I would have 2 crockpots going with this cider......one with rum....one without. It was always a hit with everyone who came to the door on cold wet nights. And it made the whole house smell good too.

I found the instructions for this recipe to be a little confusing. I had to reread them several times before I was sure I understood what to do.

This cider is a little too sweet for my taste. I would have preferred it with less sugar.
