Crunchy Crab Puffs image

Easy, crunchy, very good! Can use 1-2 stalks of chopped celery in place of water chestnuts but I think that makes these rather ordinary.

These were a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less salt next time.

I think I overcooked them a bit. They were still good, but not as good as they could have been.

They were a bit too oily for me. I think I'll try baking them instead of frying them next time.

These crab puffs were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some Old Bay seasoning next time.

I was a bit skeptical about these at first, but I'm so glad I tried them. They were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Perfect!
