I'm not a big fan of the canned, mixed vegetables but this is an excellent casserole. It goes really well with baked ham.

This veggie casserole is a winner! I used fresh broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, and the crust was crispy and flavorful. My family loved it, and I'll definitely be making it again.
