I'm allergic to coriander, so I substituted it with cumin. The soup still turned out great!

This soup is a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I'll try using less curry powder next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my soup turned out bland and watery. I think I might have added too much water.

I made this soup in my slow cooker and it turned out perfectly. I just threw all of the ingredients in the pot and let it cook on low for 8 hours.

I'm not a big fan of carrots, but I really enjoyed this soup. The curry powder and coriander really balance out the sweetness of the carrots.

This soup is a great way to use up leftover carrots. I also like to add a handful of chopped fresh cilantro at the end for an extra burst of flavor.

I love the creamy texture and the subtle sweetness of the carrots. The curry powder and coriander give it a nice kick without being too spicy.
