CURRIED PAN-FRIED TILAPIA image

6 Tilapia Fillets
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Fine Cornmeal
1/2 cup Coconut Cream
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Curry Powder
Salt and Pepper

Steps:

  • Combine eggs, coconut milk, curry, salt and pepper. Dredge fish in cornmeal then dip in coconut mixture. Let excess drip off. Saute the fillets until golden brown and crisp.
