This is another recipe from the May 13, 1980 Woman's Day, "The Collector's Cookbook" that I found in my mother's recipe drawer. It sounds wonderful to me!!

Steps:
- 1. In a blender or food processor whirl peas, onion, garlic, curry powder, mustard, 1/2 cup broth, salt and pepper until smooth.
- 2. In saucepan combine puree with remaining 1 1/2 cups broth and the butter.
- 3. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes to heat through and blend flavors. Makes 4 servings.
