This rice dish is a wonderful combination of sweet and spicy. If you like a mild curry flavour use less curry powder. This is excellent with lamb or beef, but would go well with other meats too.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add more curry powder and maybe some cayenne pepper next time.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover turkey or chicken. I also like to add a can of black beans for extra protein.

I made this dish exactly as the recipe stated and it turned out great. The only thing I would change is to add a bit more heat. I like my curry dishes to be a bit spicy.

I'm not usually a fan of raisins in savory dishes, but they worked surprisingly well in this recipe. The sweetness of the raisins and apricots balanced out the spiciness of the curry very nicely.
