1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons dry sherry
½ teaspoon curry powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) jar mango chutney, finely chopped
⅓ cup sliced green onion

Steps:

  • Beat Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sherry, curry powder, and salt together in a bowl; spread onto a serving platter into a 1/2-inch layer. Cover platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  • Spread chutney over cheese layer and top with green onion.
