What a lovely recipe... The crunchy pecans and sweet coconut remind me of the salads I enjoyed in my childhood. This is a sweet treat for all the senses.

Steps:
- 1. Drain syrup from canned fruits and set aside. Chop apple into medium dice and coat with lemon juice to stop browning. Optional: Slice banana if using. Supreme the orange and cut slices into thirds. Drain juice from cherries and set aside. Half cherries. Mix all ingredients together. Add about a 1/4 cup cherrie juice.
- 2. If adding banana, coat with lemon juice to keep from browning. Refridgerate before serving. Serve with Cool Whip or Whipped cream.
