I love that this recipe uses cornstarch in the batter. It makes the broccoli extra crispy. I also added a little bit of garlic powder to the batter for extra flavor.

Broccoli never tasted so good! I've always loved broccoli, but deep-frying it takes it to a whole new level. The batter is crispy and flavorful, while the broccoli inside is tender and juicy. I'll definitely be making this again.
