Unique and delicious! I never would have thought to combine ice cream and hot dog buns, but it totally works. The batter was perfectly crispy and the ice cream stayed frozen inside. Will definitely be making this again.

I'm not usually a fan of deep-fried desserts, but these ice cream dogs were surprisingly light and airy. Not too heavy at all. I could easily eat two or three of these.

I was amazed by how well the ice cream held up during the frying process. I was worried it would melt too quickly, but it stayed perfectly frozen. Great recipe!
