Delicious Fake Pancakes image

Something that is good for you but tastes great? This one fits the bill. Try it and let me know what you think. Adapted from the South Beach Diet book.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup Quaker Oats
1/4 cup skim cottage cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 egg whites

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend.
  • Get your favorite griddle hot 400 deg.
  • I use pam to coat griddle. Pour batter onto griddle like normal pancakes.
  • Once cooked top them with sugar free maple syrup. mmmmm goood.
