Steps:
- Blend all ingredients except the oil and onions in Blender/Food Processor.
- Next slowly add the oil, blending it all together thoroughly.
- Then add half the onions and again blend.
- Finally the last of the onions are chopped finely and whisked into the mixture.
- Let stand 2-3 hours - Do Not Refrigerate.
