Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Grease and flour bread pan. 3. Combine flour, splenda and baking soda in large bowl. 4. Cut in butter with fork or pastry blender, until crumbly. 5. Combine eggs, sour cream and vanilla. 6. Add 1/4 of egg mixture to flour mixture. Beat on low until blended. 7. Beat on medium until smooth. 8. Repeat with remaining egg mixture, 3 times. 9. Pour into pan. 10. Bake for 1 hour. 11. Cool for 10 minutes.
