Dill Salt image

Try this on shrimp, cucumbers, potato dishes, and string beans.

1/2 c table salt, non-iodized
3/4 c chopped fresh dill sprigs

Steps:

  • 1. Blend ingredients vigorously with mortar and pestle or food processor for 3 minutes.
  • 2. Spread on foil or cookie sheet to dry.
