Don't Peek Stew image

I have eaten this dish many times, but have not made it. It is delicious. I have been thinking of doing it in the crockpot and see if it is as good, but have not yet.

I made this stew for a potluck and it was a huge hit! Everyone raved about how delicious it was. I loved how easy it was to make, and the fact that I could just throw everything in the slow cooker and let it cook all day was a major plus. Definitely

I tried this recipe last night and it was a huge success! The stew was hearty and comforting, and the flavors were spot-on. I especially loved the addition of the red wine, which gave it a nice depth of flavor. I'll definitely be making this again.
