Doreen's Teriyaki Steak Marinade image

This is a delicious marinade for steaks, and a family favorite.

¾ cup steak sauce
¼ cup sherry
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix steak sauce, sherry, light brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Place desired meat in the mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before grilling as desired.
