Time 40m

Number Of Ingredients 3

chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
doritos, crushed, i usually toss mine into the food processor. any flavor you like
mayo, enough to coat chicken

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. Slice chicken breasts into strips or chunks.
  • 3. Coat all chicken pieces evenly with mayo.
  • 4. Coat all pieces evenly with crushed chips.
  • 5. Lay chicken pieces out on pam coated baking sheet. I usually cover the sheet with tin foil first for clean up ease. ;)
  • 6. Bake until golden and beginning to brown. About 30 minutes or less depending on size of pieces.
  • 7. I have used regular cheese Doritos, Ranch, Sweet and Spicy, Taco, Hot Wings/Blue Cheese. But I imagine that pretty much any flavor would be delicious. I'm going to do a batch with the Wasabi Chips a.s.a.p.!! I'll let you know how that comes out!

The Dorito chicken strips were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I'll definitely be making them again, but I'll use a milder Dorito flavor next time.
