Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375* Cream butter & Sugars,add eggs & vanilla. Beat at low speed until mixed. Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, oats & soda in separate bowl. Slowly fold flour mix into butter. Add lemon concentrate, blend well. Fold in chips, cranberries,& pecans. Dip batter w/ ice-cream scoop & drop onto lightly greased sheet 3" apart. Bake 12-15. min. Doherty recommends using cookies in an easy Christmas dessert: Crumble them into vanilla ice-ream & pour eggnog over as a sauce
