Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet, brown the ground chuck over medium heat. Drain.
- 2. In a medium skillet, cook celery and onion in 1 Tbsp. butter for 5-10 minutes over medium-low heat, until almost tender, but not browned.
- 3. In a large casserole dish, mix all ingredients together except the cheese.
- 4. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar over the top of the mixture and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
