This is a recipe I found that is supposed to be close to the side from Famous Dave's BBQ -- I just ADORED these apples with ribs...and I know they work well with ham dishes for holidays!! *recipe untried by me yet, hope it is close to them!! Yield is a guess.

I don't have any apples on hand. Maybe I'll try this recipe next time I go to the grocery store.

I'm not sure how I feel about drunken apples. I'm not sure if I'd like the taste of alcohol in my apples.

This recipe is missing some important information. It doesn't say what kind of apples to use or how long to cook them for.

I wish there were more pictures in this recipe. I'm not sure how the apples are supposed to look at each stage of cooking.

These drunken apples are a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try making them with less sugar next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my drunken apples turned out too mushy. I think I might have cooked them for too long.

These drunken apples are a great way to use up leftover apples. I had a bunch of apples that were about to go bad, so I made this recipe and they turned out great.

I was a bit hesitant to try these apples because I'm not a big fan of cinnamon. But I'm so glad I did! The cinnamon flavor is subtle and it really complements the apples.
