Number Of Ingredients 10

• 1 cup Jack Daniels bourbon or ½ J.D. and ½ Wild Turkey
• ½ cup Olive Oil in pan
• 1 bunch parsley
• 1 cup diced red onion
• 2 Tbsp. Worcheshire sauce
• 1 (8.5oz.) whole grain Dijon mustard
• honey mustard or honey to taste (careful! 1 Tblsp. not too sweet!)
• butcher grind pepper
• 1 tblp. Crushed garlic
Salmon

Steps:

  • Marinate Salmon for up to 2 hours. Grill and baste with marinade, or broil for 12-20 minutes.
