Easy Bisquick Ham & Cheese Muffins image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup cheese, grated (your favorite)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup ham, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together & beat one minute.
  • Grease muffin tins & fill 2/3 full.
  • Bake 15 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven.
