Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole image

Wash the chicken breasts, put it all in a casserole pan, and pop it in the oven. So easy to make and the rice is delicious and the chicken crispy. My mom used to make it as we all loved it.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover chicken. It's also a great make-ahead meal.

This casserole was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it would have been better with some additional herbs and spices.

I'm not a huge fan of chicken and rice casseroles, but this one was actually really good. The sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the chicken was moist and tender.

This casserole was easy to make and tasted great. I used brown rice instead of white rice and it worked out well. I also added some chopped carrots and celery for extra veggies.

This was a really good casserole. The chicken was tender and the rice was fluffy. I thought the sauce was a bit bland, but that's just personal preference. Overall, I liked it and would make it again.
