- 1. IN A MED SIZE PAN HEAT BUTTER N OLIVE OIL THEN ADD CHOPD ONIONS N SAUTÉ FOR 3 MIN.
- 2. ADD SPINACH TO THE SAUTED ONIONS ADD S n P THEN STIR TO COMBINE.
- 3. OVER A SIMMER ADD SOFEND CREAM CHEESE N STIR TILL COMBINED ...THEN STIR IN PARMESAN CHEESE .
- 4. STIR IN HALF N HALF (OR MILK) UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS REACHD.
- 5. ENJOY :)
