8 ounces fettuccine pasta
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
2 teaspoons parsley

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package. Drain and keep warm.
  • In a medium-sized saucepan, heat butter and whipping cream over low heat, just until melted. Stir to blend.
  • Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Pour sauce over hot noodles. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
