Easy Kohlrabi Salad image

I love raw kohlrabi as a salad. The measurements for the salad are estimated - I just keep tasting the salad and add lemon juice, oil, celery salt, or white pepper to taste.

4 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, or to taste
½ lemon, juiced, or more to taste
celery salt, to taste
ground white pepper, to taste
